My Name is Marshall T. Flynn and I am a lifelong Franklin County resident. My wife, Susan (Rowland) Flynn and I have seven children between us: Carleigh, Madison, Kiah, Paige, Payton, Jack, and Hadleigh.
The son of Jack and Sally Flynn, I was raised in Frankfort and attended both county and city schools, graduating from Frankfort High School in 1993.
After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a degree in business, I became a licensed realtor and Certified General Appraiser. I established my business, Marshall T. Flynn Real Estate Appraisal,
in 2001 and work with both residential and commercial properties in Frankfort and surrounding communities.
I have also served on the Architectural Review Board and the Frankfort / Franklin County Planning Commission.
I enjoy spending time with my family and children, traveling, and attending sporting events.
I have ancestors going back to the founders of the community who have served as land surveyors, county doctors, county judge executive (John Darnell), city commission, and assistant commonwealth attorney.
I feel deeply rooted in this community and would like to continue this tradition by serving as your
First District Magistrate.
